Bridal Makeup - Imelda

I had the pleasure to do my Aunt Imelda's makeup for her wedding.. She looked absolutely stunning. I also did 6 of her bridesmaids.
It was a exhausting day but it was also very rewarding to make each of them feel extra beautiful

Our Surprise Wedding

Many of you all know by now.. Jaycee and I got MARRIED. Not only did we just get married we actually bamboozled all our guest by having a Surprise wedding:) Many of you have asked how this “Surprise Wedding” came about and how we pulled it off so here’s our story.. It all started in early August 2010.. Jaycee came up with the idea of having a surprise wedding.. but to make it work we would have to keep it a secret from everyone even our parents.. we knew taking this chance could mean a lot of our friends and family might not attend but it was a risk we were willing to take to do something a little different. We liked the idea of just enjoying everyone’s company.. no presents, just your presence. but not to long after we realized we may need to tell a few people that are out of state so they have the option to attend and also a month before we told our bridal party so they can arrange their attire. the invitation were made out for a “Family Gathering” Jaycee also told everyone he was planning to propose to me basically to push everyone to go. Fortunately we found and rented out a hall with two buildings side by side so that we could have the ceremony in one and the reception in the other. We purposely made the start time for the party to be early so that our guest can arrive late..not knowing the time of ceremony we decided to have my best friend Derek Pardon be ordained to marry us. It worked out perfectly. We kept our wedding very traditional and simple.. just how I would like it. When our guests arrived the first thing they saw was a banner informing them all that they were actually attending our wedding and after a little wait.. the ceremony stated my lovely bridesmaids and flower girls in red and my handsome groomsmen in Barongs (Filipino Tuxedos) and the rest is history. Our wedding was perfect for us.. we had so much fun, it will truly be a day we will always remember. We really couldn’t have done it without the support from our family and friends. we are blessed with such wonderful people in our lives. it has really amazed us to see all the people that helped out along the way. we are forever grateful.. this is just our beginning :)

.valentines pizza idea.

Hello everyone!
Me and my boyfriend Jaycee celebrated our Valentines day by making a pizza together :) here's a tutorial-ish blog.. maybe a idea on how to spend your valentines day or anniversary in years to come.

here's all the ingredients we used
we made two pizzas

the first pizza:
*boneless chicken
*bacon
*premade pizza dough
*roasted garlic alfredo sauce
*ricotta cheese
*mozzarella cheese

second pizza
*premade pizza dough
*marinara sauce
*mozzarella cheese
*chorizo
*hash browns
*eggs

be creative... its your pizza

while Jaycee was preparing the chicken and bacon i was getting the dough ready... make sure to have all ingredients a lil over half way cooked before its put on the pizza u basically want to melt everything together and cook the dough
